• Bids cannot be canceled once placed.

5. Payments & Transactions

• Payments can be made via credit card or Foursah Wallet.
• Wallet top-ups and gift card redemptions are non-refundable.
• Foursah is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers can return products if they are damaged, wrongly delivered, or defective.
• Refunds are processed after verification and will be credited to the original payment method or wallet.

• Foursah is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping providers.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Foursah is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

11. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• If fraud is detected, we may take legal action against the user.
